What we did
Hilary worked on a 6-month project with a BAA team embarking on significant and highly sensitive change - one of BAA's major change programmes.
This project was then followed by helping an IT team develop an internal communication strategy and stakeholder management plan to support the introduction of a new resource management system at airports.
